Follow this short steps below if you really want to increase your reddit privacy.

Firstly you would have to visit the reddit website and log in if you don't have you can still create one for your self.
Step 2
At the top right corner of the homepage you will find the preference button just click on it.
Step 3
After clicking on the preference button on the preference page you will have to scroll down and then uncheck the following.
• Make my votes public.
• Allow my data to be used for research.
Step 4
Finally click on the save button below and that is all you need to do.
