Hyper Text Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS) is the secure version of HTTP, the protocol over which data is sent between your browser and the website that you are connected to. The ‘S’ at the end of HTTPS stands for ‘Secure’. It means all communications between your browser and the website are encrypted.

HTTPS is good for the security of data as it encrypts the data transferred between users & a website. Especially it protects them from common hacking practices such as data sniffing. If you enable HTTPS, visitors can access the encrypted version of your blog by typing

Note : You will not be able to use this on your custom domain.

Just follow the steps below carefully

Step 1
First login to your blogger dashboard and then select your preferred blog which you will like to work on.

Step 2
Then scroll your mouse down  to “Settings” > “Basics” and search for “HTTPS Settings” option.

Step 3
Now in the “HTTPS Availability”, select “Yes”.

Step 4
Finally “save” option and that’s all you need to secure your blog the more.
