Step 1
First lunch your Google drive or visit the web page

Step 2
Click on the "SHARE" button at the top right corner once.


Step 3
Then after clicking the "SHARE" button, you will get a pop-up box just Click the down arrow and choose "CAN VIEW", then insert  the email addresses of those people you want to give access.

Step 4
Click the button labeled "DONE".

Step 5
Now if anyone not invited try to open the file to view, he or she will be given a "PERMISSION MESSAGE" like this.
