First Bank Internet banking platform, you will be required to login with your User ID and password which you will receive once your application has been approved.
Now you need to get the firstBank Internet Banking application form online.
How to Activate
Download it online or pick it up at the nearby First Bank branch office.
Fill, submit it and wait for the approval mail. Ensure you provide a valid email address when filling the form.
Fill and submit the form to firstname.lastname@example.org
Once approved, you will receive two emails from First Bank. One will contain your user id and the second email will contain your password. You will be required to change the password once you sign in for the first time.
Customers’ PINs are sent to their e-mail addresses within 5 business days
After logging into the platform for the first time, you will be prompted to do the following processes
Change your password (please note that you are required to choose a password combination with a minimum of 8 characters, with at least one alphabet, one number, and one special character like ?
Select 2 password questions, 2 security questions, and provide answers.
Create a memorable word or phrase to be used for intelligent authentication (i.e., Fundamental).
