Visit the most feasible country PayPal you want yours to be domiciled. 

For South Africa it’s www.paypal.co.za
For US it’s www.paypal.com/us, 
For Lesotho it’s www.paypal.com/ls.

Then click on signup.
Enter your email address
Afterwards, type in your password and make sure it is one you can remember
On the next page, type other details such as names, date of birth, address and phone number.

Also when filling in your address make sure that it matches the same address details you filled when you opened a bank account (The Lesotho you used earlier is just for registering and doesn't mean you will have to choose Lesotho as your address)

It takes you to a page where you fill in your debit card details
Input your UBA or Wema Alat card details (card no, expiry date and the last 3 digits behind your debit card).
Then go to your email account and click on verify.

Next, sign up for the business account, enter your email address and password, and fill in your business and personal details. Go to yellow pages of Lesotho to get pseudo credentials, while you use it alongside your real credentials in the personal details area.
Verify your email and lift your PayPal limit with a credit card (You can use UBA or Wema ALAT card, as they are working uptill date).

NOTE: make sure you changed the country to Nigeria and input your Nigeria phone number e.g 8128333856 ( do not start with +234 and omit 0 also)

Enter your your business address, it can be your home address and others just make sure it’s valid.

Leave your primary currency as US dollars, agree to their terms and conditions and click on agree and continue.

Step 5: After which you have Click on agree and continue, they will ask you more about your business, kindly select INDIVIDUAL.

Kindly Choose Nigeria as your Nationality and input your National ID card number in the required area or use other options like Driver’s license and others just make sure you enter tjt number of any identity document that you wanted to use.

Choose your date of birth and click on submit.

A verification mail will be sent to your email address the you used while registering, kindly check the notification on your PayPal account and verify your email address by clicking on the link attached to the mail that PayPal sent to your email.
